Claire Cook is a Chartered Legal Executive in BHW’s Residential Development department. Claire qualified as a Legal Executive in 2009 and was made a Fellow of CILEX in 2011. Claire has over 15 years experience of working in plot sales dealing with wayleave agreements, site set-up and plot sales for many of the region’s leading developers.
