They’ll contact your client and provide them with a quotation for our services and answer any questions they might have. They’ll then ensure all quotes are proactively followed-up to maximise conversion. Upon instruction they’ll send our initial instruction pack to the client to get them underway, and let you know we’ve been instructed.
We proactively manage pipeline conversion by automatically flagging key milestones and aligning them with our unique Service Level Agreement. Any delays are promptly addressed, with updates provided to both you and your clients.
We believe in continuous growth, offering regular business development and conveyancing training sessions for your team. You’ll have your own dedicated Business Development Manager to foster a long-lasting and mutually beneficial business relationship.
