Kimberly Marshall is a highly experienced Senior Associate Licensed Conveyancer within BHW’s Residential Property department. Kim achieved her CLC qualification in 2013 and has been with BHW since 2017 becoming an integral part of the team.
Kim has a strong track-record in handling a wide spectrum of residential conveyancing transactions, bringing both technical expertise and a client-focused approach to every case.

- sales and purchases of registered and unregistered properties,
- transfers of equity, and
- leasehold transactions.
